Herb Rubenstein, a highly acclaimed attorney and the author of numerous books on leadership and business, has taught business and ethics and leadership courses at universities and organizations such as Thomsen Reuters, Bisk Education, CPA Academy and the Virginia Law Foundation.

He also served as an ethics consultant to lawyers, nonprofit organizations, educational organizations, government agencies, and businesses.

Rubenstein provides new companies with large-scale online education programs that explain Web 3.0 (the Metaverse) and he points out the opportunities but also the risks associated with the future of the internet.

Throughout his career spanning nearly fifty years, Rubenstein worked for the National Academy of Sciences, the International Center for Appropriate and Sustainable Technology, The Autism Society of Colorado, the American Institutes for Research, the U.S. Department of Health and

Human Services, and his own law firm. Rubenstein is a Phi Beta Kappa/Omicron Delta Kappa graduate of Washington and Lee University, a Rotary Ambassadorial Scholar to the University of Bristol, Bristol, England, where he received a graduate diploma in Social Sciences. He received his Master of Public Affairs degree from the LBJ School of Public Affairs of the University of Texas at Austin and his law degree from Georgetown University. He is an active member of the D.C., MD, VA, and Supreme Court Bar.

Still going strong at 65, Herb became a professional golfer and was elected to the PGA (Professional Golfers Association) soon after. Herb was a board member of the International Leadership Association, the Strategic Planning Association, and a founding board member of the Association of Professional Futurists.
